I travelled by myself

It didn't go very well. I had trouble finding the office. After the introductory video, I went for the guided tour, and when I arrived at Piazza Navona, I wandered around the square for ages and couldn't find anyone. When I finally realized there was a company office, they told me they had already left. I was only about seven minutes late when I finally saw the office. I couldn't visit the entire Forum because I had to go to the Colosseum at a specific time, and they told me I couldn't go back in.

We regret that your experience wasn't what you expected, but we'd like to clarify how the activity works. Your booking includes mandatory registration at the office located in Piazza d'Aracoeli at the time indicated on your voucher. This is where you'll check in and receive information for the tour. The Spanish-speaking guide is not a tour leader waiting at the monuments, but rather the person responsible for coordinating the group from this meeting point. If you don't check in on time, the group will continue with the scheduled itinerary, and it won't be possible to rejoin later, as access to the Colosseum, Forum, and Palatine Hill is organized with fixed entry times. Easy to access and very good, although the audio guide didn't match what we were seeing, but it's definitely worth it. Opinion translated. Show original.

Terrible. When you pick up the tickets, they only tell you where to enter (in Italian or English), but once you get there, you have to find the entrance yourself. The audio guide is useless; the numbers don't match the audio recordings. The map doesn't work, and the audiovisual experience was just a video that never started… a disaster. As for the bus, it's a three-hour journey, but some stops are quite far from the main monuments, and considering we were stuck at the terminal for over half an hour…

The agency did not deliver what was contracted. There was no guide accompanying us in Portuguese or any other language. Upon arriving at the meeting point, we were given the paper for the tickets and were only told that the entry to the Colosseum was at 1 PM. They did not explain anything else and handed us a QR code saying we could access it to learn about the history of the sites. Terrible, as I purchased with a guide in Portuguese up to the Colosseum. And when I questioned one of the guides present, she was extremely rude.
